This is out of nowhere. I can't even begin to apologize to everyone who expected this project to be finished. It was one of my dreams to finish this game. Ever since I started working on when I was a child. School has kept me busy. Life and relationships terribly consumed my time. Two college degrees and a few trips around the country for work in my field later, and I'm finally settled down. Been living on my own for quite a while now, and I have a job in my field as a web developer with a pretty decent salary. Being salaried sucks because can sometimes be working until 2 am without being paid for it. I'm making enough where i'm not really complaining, but it's still a pain in the butt. If anyone was curious, I have an associates in Computer Science and a Bachelors in Web Development. I work as a Front End Developer which is just a fancy term for a a web developer. I know several programming languages, but I prefer to work in the web side of things and make things work flawlessly and look the part too. Currently it's my dream to be employed at Google or have any impact in the industry and the state of UI and UX in the industry. Well, I've probably babbled on for long enough. My point in posting I guess is now that I'm living on my own, my current girlfriend rarely visits me because she's still in school, and I usually have nothing to do when I come home, I can finally dedicate a portion of time to making one of my dreams come true. To be honest, the success that I heard Pokemon Uranium was having inspired me to start this again. I guess it made me regret having left something that made me so happy. Not saying that my current job and UI and UX design doesn't make me happy, but this was great too. So I guess if I can manage to get a routine going, I might be able to start making progress with this game again. Not making any promises, but I feel really good about it this time. Happy developing guys and I hope you all continue to do what you love and follow your aspirations in life.
Also! If anybody is in school for comp sci or is interested in web development...I'd be happy to help out a fellow geek
I've got quite a lot of experience so throw me a question if you get stumped.
